Conference fees

 Regular registration: 360 €

 PhD student registration: 260 €

 Student of the University of Strasbourg: free registration

For on site registration, the conference fees include: access to the conference center, the conference bag, coffee breaks and lunches.

The virtual registration includes remote access to the real time conference keynotes and presentations using Zoom links that will be provided to each participant.

For persons planning to attend the conference on site, the current covid 19 pandemic measures in France impose a valid health pass will be required for access to the conference.

Opening of registration: 07.07.2021- 06.09.2021

Registration is open up to 15.09.2021 for virtual participation.

You will be offered the possibility to register:

 - for on site participation, including options for excursions and conference dinner (see below)

 - for virtual participation

People using Firefox may encounter technical problems with the web site. In this case, we encourage them to use Chrome navigator.

Registration to the OHGE Strengbach watershed is closed. So you have to choose the option "I won't join the excursion" to proceed with your registration.

Registration cancellation

In case of cancellation, refund will be possible until August 23 2021.
