The mask will be mandatory inside the conference center. Please bring your own one.

Hydroalcoholic gel will be at your disposal at the conference center.

Conference rooms are constantly well- ventilated through efficient air conditioning.

Health Pass

You must present a health pass to access leisure and culture venues and events bringing together more than 50 people.

From early August, you will also need to present a pass in bars, restaurants, malls, hospitals (except if you are admitted for urgent care), retirement homes, residential care homes, and for long-distance travel by plane, train or coach. For campsites, and other holiday accommodation you will need to present a pass once, on arrival.

This list may be extended as necessary.

The health pass is not required for children under 12. It will be required from 30 August for young people aged 12 to 17, and for the staff of public venues.

The pass must prove one of the three following items:

  • Seven days after the second shot for two-shot vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
  • Four weeks after the shot for one-shot vaccines (Johnson & Johnson);
  • Seven days after the shot for vaccines administered to people who have already had COVID-19 (only one dose is necessary).
  • OR that you have been tested (PCR or antigen) with a negative result within the last 48hrs;
  • OR that you have recovered from COVID-19, attested by a positive PCR or antigen test result, at least 15 days and no more than 6 months old.


Passes can be digital (on the TousAntiCovid app) or in paper form (proof of vaccination or test result). They include a QR code that will be scanned on entry into the venue or event.

The French health pass is interoperable with the EU Digital COVID Certificate scheme for travel within the European Union, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and the Vatican.

You can use digital tools (TousAntiCovid, available in English) to download QR code for the sanitary pass.

Participants will be checked at each entry and exit of the building.

Countries or territories experiencing low viral circulation are classified in the green list by order of the Minister of Health, including :

  • the countries of the European area: Member States of the European Union as well as Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Ukraine and the Vatican;
  • Albania, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrein, Brunei, Bosnia, Canada, South Korea, United States, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, North Macedonia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Serbia, Singapore, Taiwan, Union of Comoros and Vanuatu.

The green list of countries or territories may change depending on how the global epidemic evolves.

Applicable rules depend on the traveller’s vaccination status.

The vaccination schedule is considered complete 28 days after the administration of a dose for Janssen vaccine and 7 days after administration of a second dose for other vaccines (Pfizer / Comirnaty, Moderna, AstraZeneca / Vaxzevria/Covishield).

The measures applied to vaccinated adults are extended under the same conditions to their accompanying minors, whether vaccinated or not.

 

Travel to anf from a green list country

 

1) You wish to leave Metropolitan France

Travelers wishing to travel to a green list country or territory are advised to inquire before their departure about the conditions of entry into their country of destination.

2) You wish to enter Metropolitan France

2.1. Mobility rules and regulations

No restrictions shall apply when entering metropolitan France from a green list country or territory.

2.2. Health control measures

If you are already vaccinated, you must present proof of vaccination status and a sworn statement attesting to the absence of symptoms of covid-19 infection and contact with a confirmed case of covid-19.

If you are not vaccinated, you must present to the transport company and border control authorities a certificate of recovery older than eleven days and less than six months or a negative PCR or antigen test not older than 72 hours before departure (departure of first flight in the event of a connecting flights). Some countries in the European area have been placed under surveillance. For unvaccinated travelers from Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Malta, the Netherlands and Portugal, a negative PCR or antigen test of less than 24 hours is required.

Children under the age of twelve are exempt from testing. You must also present a sworn statement attesting to the absence of symptoms of covid-19 infection and contact with a confirmed case of covid-19.

2.3. Admission to stay

All foreign travellers must present a valid passport at the border as well as the usually required documents:

  • For a short stay (less than 90 days): Proof of resources and accommodation, and a short stay visa if applicable to their nationality;
  • For those planning to settle in France: A long-stay visa;
  • For those residing in France: A residence permit.
